01 Our college wants to build an NEV training lab from an empty room. Can you handle the whole lab, or do you only sell single machines?

We deliver both.

For a full lab, the scope covers lab planning and construction consulting, hardware platforms (battery, drive motor, charging pile, whole-vehicle diagnosis), virtual simulation software, curriculum resources from our 18 automotive course titles, and teacher training — 558 training sessions delivered so far.

For a phased budget, schools often start with 2–3 core platforms and expand later; all platforms share the same fault-setting and measurement architecture, so later additions integrate without rework.

Our service system has five modules, from quality management consulting to school-enterprise cooperation projects, and 1,500+ delivered cases include both single-platform orders and complete practice centers.

02 We need students to practice on the same equipment used in national skills competitions. Do your trainers match the competition platforms?

Yes.

Beijing Baitong Kexin has been the designated equipment supplier for China’s national-level NEV skills competitions for 7 consecutive years, under the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Transport and the National Rural Revitalization Administration.

The competition line includes the Geely Geometry G6 vehicle (150 kW, 52.8 kWh), the e-drive assembly work platform with ≥80 fault circuits, and fault-setting & diagnostic connection platforms.

Our virtual simulation titles are modeled 1:1 from the 2023 national competition equipment, with equipment models under 1 cm deviation, so off-vehicle practice transfers directly to the competition floor.

03 What is your minimum order? We only need two or three units for a pilot class this semester.

Orders are project-based rather than container-based, and pilot-scale orders are common: many of our 1,000+ school customers started with 2–3 platforms for one class before expanding to a full lab.

A typical pilot bundle is one power battery assembly & testing platform plus one virtual simulation software license, which covers both hands-on and classroom hours.

04 Can you build a training platform around the specific vehicle model we use locally, not a Chinese-market model?

Customization on a specified vehicle base is an existing service, not an exception.

Delivered examples: a comprehensive fault diagnosis virtual simulation software built on the Toyota Corolla (ZRE151/152/153) with 19 line open-circuit faults for Guangdong Mechanical & Electrical Polytechnic, and a ‘power battery module replacement’ course unit built around a GEELY/CATL 53 kWh 353 V battery pack for Beijing Changping Vocational School.

Send us the vehicle model, target syllabus and fault list; our engineering team will confirm feasibility and lead time with the quotation.

05 How do you handle installation and teacher training for overseas customers? We have no Chinese-speaking staff.

Overseas delivery follows the project structure used for the Côte d’Ivoire Luban Workshop (RMB 3,729,200, 10 equipment items, awarded 2024-01) and set out in our 2024-01 China–Malaysia training base proposal: equipment shipment from China to the buyer’s designated address, customs clearance coordinated with local partners, on-site installation and commissioning by Baitong Kexin technical staff, and basic equipment operation training for local personnel with a dedicated training plan combining theory and hands-on sessions.

Teacher training can be arranged at our Beijing facility, with equipment matching the delivered configuration maintained for training use.

Virtual simulation software runs on standard PCs (C/S architecture) and supports PC + zSpace XR platforms, so no proprietary hardware is needed on the software side.
